Shipping Costs

Postage to Australian addresses is free for all retail orders over $40 (regular postage 2-10 day delivery). If your order is under $40 regular postage is $8.95.

Express Postage

Express postage is not currently offered. Due to Covid-19 Australia Post is experiencing delays with express postage. We will resume this service once Australia post is able to offer guaranteed delivery times.

Delivery Timeframes

Dispatch: 1-3 working days after order

Delivery: Approximately 2-10 business days depending on location and Australia post.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Please note that delivery to locations outside of Australia may take up to 6 weeks. Arluka Naturals is not responsible for any border fees, taxes or customs charges that may be incurred.

Can my parcel be left at my property if I am not home?

Whilst you may provide an authority to leave your parcel please note that neither Arluka Naturals nor Australia Post will replace your parcel in the event it goes missing.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

My Item Arrived Damaged - what should I do?

If your items(s) arrive damaged please take photos and contact us via email within 7 days to arrange a replacement. 

Please note that we can only provide returns on products purchased through our website. For products purchased via a retail outlet please contact them directly.

I received my order and it’s incorrect - what should I do?

In the event you received the incorrect items please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns or exchanges for discrepancies will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel or amend it and you will be liable for the full purchase and shipping costs.

I made a mistake in my postage details

Please contact us via email as soon as you notice and we may be able to update the details before your order is sent. If your order has already been shipped it may be returned to us by Australia post, in which case we will be able to re-send it to you at your expense.
