Satisfaction Guarantee
We love using our products and want to give you the chance to love them too. That’s why all our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If you’re not satisfied with your product simply contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to arrange a refund of your purchase cost (minus shipping & handling).
Items must be returned to us (at your cost) and your refund will be processed once the goods are received. Arluka Naturals is not liable for goods which are lost or damaged during transport organised by you to Arluka Naturals.
My Item Arrived Damaged - what should I do?
If your items(s) arrive damaged please take photos and contact us via email within 7 days to arrange a replacement.
Please note that we can only provide returns on products purchased through our website. For products purchased via a retail outlet please contact them directly.
I received my order and it’s incorrect - what should I do?
In the event you received the incorrect items please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns or exchanges for discrepancies will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel or amend it and you will be liable for the full purchase and shipping costs.
